Hulppa respects your privacy. This policy explains how Hulppa handles information connected with the Hulppa Field mobile app, the Hulppa website, and related Hulppa services.

Information we collect

Hulppa Field may handle account and sign-in details, technician identity, selected client workspace, session state, jobs, tasks, attendance or timer activity, customer and worksite context, interaction summaries, support notes, diagnostics, app version, build information, cached or offline state, and non-secret device or app status needed to operate the service.

When you choose to use related features, the app may access camera, photo library, media attachments, microphone, call-related functions, and notifications so that field work, communication, support, and status updates can be completed.

How we use information

We use this information to provide authorised access to Hulppa Field, resolve the approved client workspace, load permitted operational data, support work and time recording, enable customer and team communication, maintain security, audit activity, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Information may be processed within the Hulppa-owned platform, approved client business systems, and service providers that support hosting, app distribution, operational delivery, support, and communications. Communications providers may process communication data only when the relevant feature is enabled. Hulppa does not sell personal information.

Security

Production app-store builds use encrypted transport for service communication. The app uses secure storage for sensitive session material and should not display or log provider secrets, connector secrets, or confidential tokens in normal app screens or logs.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Hulppa Field, support business workflows, meet legal, accounting, security, and audit obligations, and resolve operational issues. Approved privacy requests may result in information being deleted or de-identified where it is no longer required or legally retained.

Your choices

You can contact Hulppa to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with Hulppa Field or related services. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, contractual, security, compliance, dispute-resolution, backup, or audit purposes.
